Donald Leslie Foster, 57, was released from a Bucks County jail after posting 10 percent of his $100,000 bail, court records show.
Investigators said an IP address linked to Foster came up during an undercover CSAM investigation in November. After obtaining a search warrant for his electronics, police found that one of his computers was used to download or attempt to download CSAM more than 80 times between November and February, according to the release.
Foster was arrested Friday, Feb. 2, and charged with child pornography, dissemination of the same, and criminal use of a communications facility, police said. Court records show his preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 12.
Homeland Security Investigations, Perkasie Borough Police Department, New Britain Township Police Department, Hilltown Township Police Department, and the FBI's Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory assisted in the investigation, Warrington police added.
